Spend the morning learning how to make your own fresh pasta, which you will use to make spinach and ricotta ravioli.  Another classic, Aubergine Parmigiana, will also be made to take home and Tiramisu.  The class begins at 10am and lasts for approximately 3 hours.  You will leave with dinner for 2 and your recipes.
