Oh the excitement of my first cookery book!

The Quince House Cookery Book brings together some of my absolute favourite recipes.  Many of them have become firm family favourites for many households now, such as Sausage Pie with Apricots and Walnuts and also Fish Pie with Mustard and Cheese Mash.  

There are over 100 tried and tested recipes.

It is nearly a decade sinceI published my first book. Book II follows a similar layout as the first book but this time there are many more pictures and even more lovely recipes for you to create. I hope you enjoy cooking from it as much as I enjoyed putting it together.

Join us this season with a spring-inspired menu focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and served in a countryside setting.

Guests will be seated across two dining spaces, the view conservatory and the adjoining dining room, both thoughtfully prepared for the evening to create an intimate supper club atmosphere.

Your evening will begin with canapes, followed by a three-course meal. The Menu for the evening is as shown.

Please note this is a bring your own wine event, so feel free to bring along a bottle to enjoy with your meal.
