We're looking forward to celebrating the best of the season with our Spring Entertaining Demonstration, sharing delicious dishes and plenty of inspiration to take back to your own kitchen. Think fresh, herby flavours, bright citrus notes and plenty of zing.

A few dishes making an appearance on the menu include Lamb Navarin, Salmon Coulibiac & rhubarb meringue with orange, ginger and hazelnuts.

As with all our demonstrations, join us at 9:45am for a welcome coffee, with cooking beginning at 10am.

You'll be able to sit back, watch the dishes come together and ask as many questions as you like along the way. You'll also receive all the recipes, so you can recreate your favourites at home.

And, of course, the best part of the day is sitting down to a delicious lunch, enjoying all the dishes we've prepared!
