Pastry doesn't have to be off-limits when you are gluten-free.  During the session you will learn how to make Bakewell tart with chestnut pastry and cheese, tomato and pesto tart with flaky pastry. There will also be a demonstration of gluten free choux pastry and so you’ll get to enjoy chocolate eclairs too!

The session starts with coffee and lasts around three hours with all of the recipes provided for you to take away along with your creations.
