Homemade bread is so easy when you know how and can be very therapeutic too!  Starting at 10am, on this half day course you will learn how to make: Bagels originating from Poland; Swiss Butter Zopf; French bread and an Irish cheese sodabread. All to take home to fill your freezer!!
