The day begins at 10:30am with a pastry demonstration.  Lunch follows at Noon with a glass of Prosseco, in the garden weather permitting.  In the afternoon a hands-on session making summer vegetable flan, short crust pastry and sausage pie with flaky pastry to take home, concluding at 3pm.
