This class features the Massaman curry, it is a delicious fusion dish with a fresh and fragrant flavour. Alongside the Massaman curry, you will make a chilli and lime fish dish and then Thai crab cakes with a green mango salad will complete your meal to take home.  After the course you will feel more confident about replicating the dishes in your own kitchen.

The session begins at 10am and lasts around three hours.  You will leave with all of the recipes provided for you, along with your creations.
