With summer entertaining in mind, we're looking beyond the traditional BBQ to create something a little more special. Think beautifully grilled showstoppers, vibrant seasonal salads and delicious accompaniments, all brought together into an impressive summer spread.

We'll be sharing ideas and techniques to help you create a garden party feast that's full of flavour and looks the part, without being complicated to pull together.

As with all our demonstrations, join us at 9:45am for a welcome coffee, with cooking beginning at 10am.

You'll be able to sit back, watch the dishes come together and ask as many questions as you like along the way. You'll also receive all the recipes, so you can recreate your favourites at home.

And, of course, the best part of the day is sitting down to a delicious lunch, enjoying all the dishes we've prepared!
