A half day 'hands on' fish course where you will learn how to cook round and flat fish and cover skills such as filleting, skinning and pin-boning. You will learn how to make fish stock and sauces to serve with your fish. Taking home all you have produced. This is always a very popular course so book early to avoid disappointment. The class begins at 10am and finishes around 1pm.
